Important membership conditions

Lifetime access means access to the standard recorded webinar library for as long as the service operates. Membership is personal and non-transferable, for one named individual. Future standard recordings are included; premium courses, qualifications, separately priced resources and live events are excluded unless expressly stated. A full refund ends the membership entitlement and access. Accounts inactive for 24 months may be reviewed for closure after notification and an opportunity to respond. Your Australian Consumer Law rights remain unaffected.
